We're (Zanzibar Snails) putting the finishing touches on our newest, tentatively titled "Caveat Emperor," to be released on the divine Finnish label Ikuisuus before year's end.
The bulk of the tracks were recorded informally on room mikes at Klearlight Studios in Dallas, but also included is one especially notorious summer session from Hurst including guest luminaries from far and wide
like the notorious Austin Fox, Josiah Miller
and much much more .... mastered by one of our favorite audio sculptors, Steel Hook Prostheses' J Stillings
After that .... we have "proper" studio recordings from Klearlight featuring Sarah Alexander and Stephen Lucas, and a cameo from Aaron Gonzalez
that should see the light of day in 2011, along with whatever else we might attempt to unleash upon the unfortunate aural\/spectators of ticandoroga ....
